Covid-19 Vaccinations

St Aidan's church hall is being used by the NHS for vaccinations. All appointments are arranged by the NHS. Please do not contact the parish with queries about vaccinations as the church office has no involvement with that service. If you wish to contact the vaccine centre organisers please ring 020 8939 7926.

Church Opening

The church is open for all scheduled Masses. There are strict hygiene and social distancing measures and the number of people able to attend is limited. For more details see further down this page or click here. Check the newsletter (below) for full details of Mass times.

If you attend Mass in church you will need to provide contact details for Track & Trace. You can do this online (click here) or bring a piece of paper with name and contact details with you and place it in the red basket as before. We are discouraging people from filling in forms at church because it creates an unnecessary risk when writing on tables and benches.

All Masses will continue to be live streamed. To join a live-streamed Mass from St Aidan's click on this link. You will also find recordings of previous Masses there. For Pope Francis' prayer for spiritual Communion click here.

Bookings for Good Friday and Easter Services

The number of places available in church will still be very limited at Easter and so to avoid disappointment for people arriving at the church door there will be an advance booking system for the Good Friday service, the Easter Vigil and the Easter Sunday Masses.

Bookings will open on Sunday 7 March at 12:00 noon. You can apply in any of the following ways:

  • by email using this address:
  • by phone using this number: 07910 059141
  • on paper using a form which will be available in church.

Whichever way you choose to apply please ensure you give your name, phone number, email address (if you have one), whether you wish to attend on Good Friday and which of the Easter Masses you wish to attend, and the names of those who wish to attend with you.

It is planned that bookings will be open for three weeks but we may have to close sooner if all places are filled. Applications will be processed as quickly as possible and places confirmed with a specific seat number. It is important to be clear about the number of household members attending together so that suitable seat clusters can be allocated to them.
