Social Club and Committee

The aim of the Social Club is to encourage fellowship within the parish and the community. The club operates in the church hall on Sundays after the 11:00am Mass.  The bar is open and is run by a rota of volunteers. Parishioners and visitors are most welcome to come along and socialise.

The Social Club Committee organises a series of events throughout the year to bring people together. Past events have included a summer barbecue, Irish night, winter ball and children’s Christmas party. Events raise money for the Church and for nominated charities (including Cafod, Croydon Churches’ Floating Shelter and HPCT).

Coming up in the next few months:

  • 2 December: Winter Ball
  • 10 December: kids’ party with Father Christmas

The committee is made up of parishioners. Meetings are held throughout the year to plan and organise events. New members and new ideas are always welcome. For more information please contact a member of the committee.
