Fr Peter and a group from St Aidan’s parish spent an enjoyable and spiritual weekend at St Bruno’s Retreat House in the grounds of Worth Abbey. The group participated in a mixed programme of services in the Abbey as well as readings and reflections led by Fr Peter and a series of guided meditations led by Rev. Clive McKie. As well as the excellent catering provided by the house the group enjoyed free time to explore the Abbey grounds to relax and enjoy each other’s company. It was a highly spiritual experience for everyone who attended and a wonderful opportunity to step back from our busy lives and spend time in quiet prayer and reflection in the company of Jesus.
