A Mass will take place this Friday 12 April at 7:30pm to inaugurate the weekly Eucharistic Adoration in the parish. This is to ask God to bless the initiative that it may glorify his name. The Mass is for the whole parish. Those who volunteered to be on the rota as well as family members are particularly encouraged to attend. Mass will be followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament until 9:00pm.

Thank you to all those of you who volunteered to spend an hour in Eucharistic Adoration every Friday from 26 April. It is very encouraging to know that over 40 people volunteered. Your time slot will shortly be confirmed and it would be lovely to see as many of you as possible at the Mass to launch this initiative on Friday. All parishioners and friends are warmly invited to attend. There are a few hours for which we need a few more volunteers; if you or yourself and a group of friends could share one of the following time slots it would be greatly appreciated:

11:00am-12 noon (one more person needed)
12:00-1:00pm (2 people needed)
1:00-2:00pm (2 people needed)
2:00-3:00pm (1 person needed)
3:00-4:00pm (1 person needed)
5:00-6:00pm (2 people needed)
6:00-7:00pm (1 person needed)

Should you not be able to commit to a regular time slot, but would be willing to be called on to act as a reserve for the times when people cannot make their allocated time, please could you let us know by filling in a card or writing a short note and giving it to the welcome ministers. Or send an email to the parish office.
