Parents and the wider community have been taking an interest in the recent controversy concerning the diocese and the Governing Body at The John Fisher School in relation to a book signing event. A previous statement from the diocesan Schools Commission was published in our newsletter. Since then, the Archbishop authorised another statement (26 March 2022) to be issued for the benefit of anyone who wishes to know more about the view of the diocese regarding some aspects of the books in question.
